By providing your mobile number, you confirm that it has been lawfully obtained and you consent to receiving calls, SMS, or other communications from AtoZ Service or the assigned Service Partner.
As specified on our Website / App, inspection charges shall be applicable when a Service Partner visits your location. If the service is cancelled after the Service Partner arrives, inspection charges shall be payable by the user.
Inspection charges are solely for diagnosing the issue. Final service charges shall depend on the nature of work performed and will be communicated after completion of service.
If the user engages in any direct transaction with the Service Partner outside the AtoZ Service platform, AtoZ Service shall not be responsible for any resulting loss, damage, or dispute.
The user authorizes AtoZ Service to share their contact details with the assigned Service Partner for service coordination.
The user must communicate with the Service Partner only through the in-app “Call Now” button. AtoZ Service shall not be responsible for any communication made through the Service Partner’s personal number.
The Website / App serves only as a marketplace connecting users with independent Service Partners. Any transaction between the user and Service Partner is strictly bilateral, and AtoZ Service shall not be a party to such transactions or disputes.
Third-party advertisements, links, or external websites displayed on our platform are not controlled by AtoZ Service. We shall not be liable for any loss or harm arising from such third-party content.
By submitting reviews, feedback, or testimonials, the user grants AtoZ Service full rights to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for promotional or business purposes.
AtoZ Service strives to provide accurate information on the Website / App; however, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy at all times.
Any technical errors or defects in the Website / App shall be periodically reviewed and rectified.

The user must remain present at the service location from the arrival to departure of the Service Partner. AtoZ Service shall not be responsible for any missing or damaged belongings after service completion.
AtoZ Service reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if the user is unresponsive to calls from AtoZ Service or the Service Partner.
Sunday is a non-working day. Bookings made on Sunday may be fulfilled on the same day subject to availability, otherwise on the next working day.
No services shall be provided on declared government holidays.
If spare parts are required, the user may procure them independently. If arranged by the Service Partner, additional charges may apply. If you purchase spare parts from another shop or order them online and request installation through us, our service charges will apply as per the rate card.
AtoZ Service acts only as a facilitator between users and Service Partners. No invoice for spare parts shall be issued in the name of AtoZ Service.
Offers and discounts are not applicable to inspection or service charges.
Service Partners are independent contractors and not employees of AtoZ Service. AtoZ Service shall not be responsible for any personal transactions with them.
If a Service Partner is reported for misconduct, fraud, or negligence, AtoZ Service may remove them from the platform after verification.
AtoZ Service is responsible only for connecting users with nearby Service Partners and not for the actual execution of service.
To receive same-day service, bookings must be made before 5:00 PM. Bookings after this time may be scheduled for the next day.
In certain areas where regular Service Partners are unavailable, third-party technicians may be assigned. Users must exercise caution with valuables and payments.
All intellectual property rights related to the Website / App, including logos, images, content, design, and software, belong to AtoZ Service or its licensors.
If a Service Partner is unavailable, AtoZ Service may arrange an alternative technician.
The phone numbers displayed on this website are provided solely for advertising purposes. The service providers listed herein are independent contractors and are not affiliated with AtoZ Service in any manner. Users are advise to exercise their own discretion, verify credentials, and satisfy themselves before making any payments. AtoZ Service shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or consequences arising from transactions between users and service providers.
Users may contact the assigned Service Partner only through the in-app calling feature after booking confirmation.
